Welcome to OasiState (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our mobile application (“App”), available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you:

  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • Represent that you are at least 13 years old or have parental consent to use the App.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

  • To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using Firebase Auth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2.2 Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time within the App.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the App’s code or content.
  • Not upload harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content.

4. Data and Storage

  • All data is stored locally on your device.
  • You are responsible for managing your data backups and restores.
  • Deleting your account will remove all data from the App.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

If the App offers premium features:

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
  • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled according to the terms outlined in the App Store or Play Store.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services such as Firebase Auth and Firebase Crashanalytics. By using the App, you agree to their respective terms and policies.

7. Bank Messages Feature

7.1 Feature Overview

  • The App allows users to share their bank-related SMS messages with Google Gemini for analysis.
  • Google Gemini will process these messages to generate a JSON output, which helps determine the user’s expenses and savings.

7.2 User Consent

  • This feature is optional and will require explicit consent from the user.
  • By enabling this feature, you agree to share the content of your bank-related messages solely for analysis purposes.

7.3 Data Privacy

  • Messages are sent securely to Google Gemini, and the resulting analysis is returned as a JSON output.
  • The App does not store or retain the contents of your bank-related messages.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and code in the App are owned by OasiState or licensed to us.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • OasiState is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • The App is provided “AS IS,” and we make no warranties regarding its functionality or accuracy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Egypt.
